You guys, I don't know if any of you saw my minor freakout on Instagram about pruning my pepper plants, but if you didn't, I basically begged the internet to tell me I hadn't made a mistake.
I decided to prune off my pepper plant tops because the plants got super leggy from growing them inside, and I'm trying to force growth on the lower levels of the plants. (And the internet overlords of gardening told me to.) My pepper plants looked super naked afterward and I was worried I'd just killed them.
I'm guest posting about this exact thing, and talking all about How & Why to Prune Pepper Plants over on Julia Dimakos's, Gardening Girl blog and am really excited about it! Hop on over there and read all about pruning your peppers, and to see if I regretted pruning mine, or if it turned out to be a great idea.
