Lately, I've been really into this simple breakfast. It's easy to make, full of good things, and there's an ample amount of fresh nectarines around since Summer is well under way. You can make this with any variety of ingredients, but so far, this one is my favorite. It's reminiscent of peach cobbler.
Ingredients:
- Plain Whole Milk Yogurt (I use lactose free)
- Chopped fresh nectarines or peaches, skins removed
- Any kind of granola with cinnamon seasoning - I use the above pictured grain free version from Smith's
- Honey
Method:
Scoop some yogurt into your bowl, add fresh chopped nectarine, a serving of the granola, and a drizzle of honey. Then, devour. It's light, fresh, and delicious. I don't tell you amounts to use, because you can come up with your desired amount all on your own.
Enjoy!
